This Privacy Policy ("Privacy Policy") explains how GOCHEAP BY HEP LLC ("Company," "we," "our," or "us") collects, uses, stores, discloses, and protects information when you ("User," "you," or "your") access or use Poker Mind AI, including our mobile application, website, artificial intelligence features, and related services (collectively, “the App” or "the Service").
We are committed to protecting your privacy and handling your information responsibly. This Privacy Policy is intended to help you understand what information we collect, why we collect it, how we use it, and the choices available to you.
By accessing or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.
1. Scope of This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to information collected through the Service.
It does not apply to information collected by third-party websites, applications, or services that may be linked to or integrated with the Service, including services provided by Apple, Google, Supabase, RevenueCat, or other third parties. Those services are governed by their own privacy policies.
2. Information We Collect
We collect information in order to provide, maintain, improve, and secure the Service.
The information we collect depends on how you interact with the Service.
2.1 Account Information
When you create an account, you authenticate using one of the supported authentication providers:
- Sign in with Apple
- Google Sign-In
.
Depending on your chosen sign-in provider, we may receive and store information including:
- Your name;
- Your email address;
- Your profile picture;
- A unique account identifier; and
- Other authentication information necessary to identify your account.
We do not receive or store your password.
2.2 Profile and other user Information
The Service allows you to maintain a user profile including information about players.
Profile information may include:
- Display name;
- Profile picture;
- Account preferences; and
- Other information you voluntarily choose to provide.
Profile pictures remain associated with your account until you replace them, delete them, or delete your account.
2.3 AI Conversations
The Service allows Users to interact with artificial intelligence through chat-based conversations.
We collect and store for a limited time:
- Chat messages;
- Questions;
- Prompts;
- AI responses; and
- Related conversation history.
Conversation history is stored for 14 days to provide ongoing access to recent previous conversations.
2.4 Uploaded Images
The Service allows Users to upload poker hand screenshots, photographs, and other images for analysis.
These images are used to drive a data conversion process that converts the image to structured data in order to document a hand submitted for analysis. These images are not stored as part of the User's account.
Uploaded images may include information visible within the image itself, including playing cards, poker tables, usernames, game information, or other content chosen by the User.
Users should avoid uploading information they do not wish to share.
2.5 AI Processing Information
When the User submits chat messages or uploads poker hand images for analysis, the submitted content is securely transmitted to Google's Gemini for processing.
This processing allows the Service to:
- Identify playing cards;
- Analyze poker hand situations;
- Generate educational explanations;
- Answer poker-related questions; and
- Produce AI-generated responses.
The submitted content is processed solely for the purpose of providing the requested functionality.
Neither the Company nor Google's Gemini uses User Content submitted through the Service to train artificial intelligence models. Google Gemini model training limitations are based on the Google subscription access tier utilized by the service at the time of publication of this Privacy Policy.
2.6 Subscription Information
If the User purchases a Subscription, subscription management is provided through RevenueCat.
Payments are processed exclusively by Apple's App Store or Google Play Store.
We may receive subscription-related information, including:
- Subscription status;
- Subscription tier;
- Purchase verification information;
- Renewal status; and
- Transaction identifiers.
We do not receive, collect, process, or store payment card numbers or other financial payment credentials.
2.7 Device Information
When the User accesses the Service, we may automatically receive certain technical information, including:
- Device type;
- Operating system;
- Device language;
- App version;
- Time zone;
- General diagnostic information; and
- Crash reports necessary to maintain the reliability of the Service.
We do not collect your precise or approximate geographic location through the Service.
2.8 Camera and Photo Library Access
With the User's permission, the Service may request access to:
- The device camera; and
- The device photo library.
Camera access allows Users to capture poker hand images directly within the Service.
Photo library access allows Users to upload existing images for analysis or update player profile pictures.
Access to these permissions is entirely optional and may be revoked at any time through the device's operating system settings.
The Company accesses only the specific photos or images selected by the User and does not browse or collect the contents of the User's photo library.
3. How We Use Information
We use the information we collect only for legitimate business purposes related to providing, operating, improving, and protecting the Service.
Depending on how you use the Service, we may use your information to:
- Create and manage your account;
- Authenticate your identity through supported sign-in providers (Apple and Google);
- Provide AI-powered poker education and analysis;
- Analyze uploaded poker hand images;
- Generate AI-powered responses;
- Maintain conversation history for a limited period of time;
- Synchronize your information across supported devices;
- Process and verify Subscription status;
- Provide customer support;
- Detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, unauthorized access, and other misuse of the Service;
- Maintain the security, integrity, and reliability of the Service;
- Comply with applicable legal obligations;
- Enforce our Terms of Service; and
- Improve the functionality, stability, and user experience of the Service.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties.
4. How AI Processing Works
Artificial intelligence is a core component of the Service.
When the User submits a chat message, prompt, or poker hand image, that content is securely transmitted to Google's Gemini to generate the requested response or analysis.
Depending on the request, Gemini may process:
- Chat messages;
- User prompts;
- Uploaded poker hand screenshots;
- Uploaded poker hand photographs; and
- Related contextual information necessary to generate an appropriate response.
This processing enables the Service to:
- Detect playing cards;
- Interpret poker hand situations;
- Answer poker strategy questions;
- Explain poker concepts;
- Analyze gameplay decisions; and
- Generate educational AI Output.
The Company does not use User Content submitted through the Service to train its own artificial intelligence models.
The Company also does not permit User Content submitted through the Service to be used for training Google's Gemini models through the Gemini API based on our subscription relationship with Google at the time of the writing of this Privacy Policy.
Because AI systems generate responses using probabilistic models, responses may occasionally contain inaccuracies or incomplete information. Users should independently evaluate AI-generated responses before relying on them.
5. How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information.
We disclose information only when reasonably necessary to provide the Service or when required by law.
5.1 Service Providers
We share information with trusted service providers that perform services on our behalf.
These providers include:
- Supabase, for authentication, database, and backend infrastructure;
- Google, for Sign in with Google authentication, Play Store purchases and Gemini AI processing;
- Apple, for Sign in with Apple authentication and App Store purchases;
- RevenueCat, for Subscription management and purchase verification.
These providers receive only the information reasonably necessary to perform the services they provide.
5.2 Legal Compliance
We may disclose information when we reasonably believe disclosure is necessary to:
- Comply with applicable laws or legal obligations;
- Respond to lawful requests from government authorities;
- Protect the rights, safety, or property of the Company, Users, or others;
- Detect or prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents, or illegal activity; or
- Enforce our Terms of Service.
5.3 Business Transactions
If the Company is involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, or sale of assets, User information may be transferred as part of that transaction, subject to applicable law.
6. Data Retention
We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Service and fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
Retention periods vary depending on the type of information.
6.1 Account Information
Account information is retained while the User maintains an active account.
If the User deletes their account, associated personal information will be deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period unless longer retention is required by law or necessary to resolve disputes, enforce agreements, protect the security of the Service, or satisfy legitimate business obligations.
6.2 Conversation History
Conversation history remains available for 14 days.
6.3 Uploaded Images
Uploaded poker hand images are only used to drive a data conversion process that converts the image to structured data and are then discarded. Profile pictures remain stored until the User deletes them or deletes their account.
6.4 Support Communications
If the User contacts us for support, we may temporarily retain emails and related communications in order to:
- Respond to the User's request;
- Resolve technical issues;
- Investigate reported bugs;
- Prevent fraud or abuse;
- Comply with legal obligations;
- Resolve disputes; or
- Maintain records relating to ongoing support matters.
Once a support request has been resolved and there is no legitimate business or legal reason to retain the communication, support emails will generally be deleted.
7. Security
We take reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect the information entrusted to us.
These measures may include:
- Secure authentication through Supabase;
- Encryption of data in transit using industry-standard protocols;
- Access controls designed to limit access to authorized personnel;
- Infrastructure designed to protect stored information; and
- Ongoing efforts to improve the security and reliability of the Service.
- Usage of trusted third parties such as Apple and Google to perform key functions including Authentication, Subscription Management and Payment Processing
Despite these safeguards, no method of electronic storage or transmission over the Internet can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Accordingly, we cannot guarantee the absolute security of any information transmitted to or stored by the Service.
Users are responsible for maintaining the security of the account used to sign into the Service.
8. Your Privacy Rights
Depending on your jurisdiction, applicable law may provide certain privacy rights.
Subject to applicable law, Users may have the right to:
- Access their personal information;
- Correct inaccurate information;
- Request deletion of personal information;
- Withdraw consent where consent is the legal basis for processing;
- Object to certain processing activities;
- Request a copy of their personal information where applicable; and
- Submit privacy-related questions or complaints.

We may request reasonable verification of identity before processing certain requests.
9. Account Deletion
Users may delete their account directly through the Service.
Deleting an account permanently removes access to the Service associated with that account.
Following account deletion, personal information, conversation history, uploaded images, and profile information will be deleted or anonymized within a reasonable period, except where retention is required by law or reasonably necessary to:
- Comply with legal obligations;
- Resolve disputes;
- Detect or prevent fraud;
- Protect the security and integrity of the Service; or
- Enforce our legal agreements.
Deleting an account does not automatically cancel an active Subscription. Users remain responsible for managing or cancelling Subscriptions through the applicable app marketplace.
10. Children's Privacy
The Service is not intended for children under the age of eighteen(18) unless a child under the age of 18 has parental consent.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If we become aware that personal information has been collected from a child under 13 without appropriate authorization, we will take reasonable steps to delete that information.
Parents or legal guardians who believe a child has provided personal information may contact us using the information below.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in the Service, applicable law, technology, or our business practices.
When material changes are made, we will update the Effective Date at the beginning of this Privacy Policy and may provide additional notice where required by applicable law.
Continued use of the Service after an updated Privacy Policy becomes effective constitutes acknowledgment of the revised Privacy Policy.
